In countries like India, people are habituated to have a maid at their home to wash utensils, clean home, wash cars and cook food. But unfortunately no one has seen this as a market.
We have housekeeping companies in metro cities providing employment to needy and services to the corporate office. But this arrangement has not be seen in smaller cities.
The need of such small entrepreneurs is required now. Usually all homes need such a company who can take the responsibility of their homes regarding cleaning of utensils on time, washing of cars before the master goes for office, cooking of food in the morning, afternoon and evening and cleaning of floors and washrooms of house on accurate time. Also these companies should take security measures.
An organised industry is the need of the hour. I have seen my mother paying an hour daily in managing her maid. She wastes so much of time and energy daily in convincing her maid to come on time and take less leaves. But her efforts always go vain. In a month at least 4 maids are changed.
If somebody on earth is listening to me, please form such a company in your area or city because this will solve the problem of many women and also some bachelors like me.
Form group of such man and woman in your area and give them employment and secured and tension free environment to those who employ them.
